By the Bay Health services include Skilled Home Health Care, Adult and Pediatric Hospice Care, and Palliative Care for Children and Adults. The organization’s team-based approach gives patients access to an assigned physician, nurse, social worker, spiritual service counselor and volunteer assistance – and as a not-for-profit organization, no patient is turned away due to an inability to pay.
