Creating Pathways to Advance Community-Based Care
By the Bay Health is launching an innovative initiative to ensure that our patients, caregivers, and families will always have equitable access to extraordinary healthcare at home. To achieve this goal, we are creating new pathways at both the secondary and college levels that will provide specialized education and career opportunities in healthcare to students while enhancing By the Bay Health’s ability to recruit, retain, and reward outstanding care professionals. We invite our community to join us in this initiative—and to invest with us in the future of community-based care.
