As part of our work, the Senior Leadership team has created a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee to address key initiatives across the organization in an effort to build and maintain a more equitable workplace for all.​​​​​​​

We look forward to further conversations as to our trajectory, achievements, and even some of the challenges that we face in creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive agency. We will be hosting educational workshops and providing safe spaces for honest and open conversation. The initiative is a living framework that will inevitably morph and course-correct when necessary while ever retaining our vision, goals, and mission.
