TYPES OF COUNSELING
Virtual Grief Counseling
Individual & Family Counseling
One-on-one counseling allows you to privately explore feelings, understand your responses to grief, and empowers you to make positive changes in your situation. We can also help couples or families learn how best to support each other after a shared loss. Visit our FAQs page to help determine if Grief Counseling is for you. Virtual option currently available.
We are not a Crisis Center.
If you are in crisis and require immediate assistance, call 9-1-1, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact your local psychiatric emergency services. To help you determine if you may be in crisis, please visit our FAQs page for more information and a list of helpful resources.
