By the Bay Health is a nonprofit provider of hospice, palliative, home health, and bereavement services. Because Medicare and Medicaid do not fully cover the cost of compassionate care, community partners ensure that no one in our community faces serious illness or grief alone. Your leadership makes connection, dignity, and comfort possible. 

The evening will include brief recognitions of long-standing Board leadership whose service and generosity have helped make our work possible.  The program will also feature a brief patient or family story that reflects the impact of donor support on the care provided to our community.

Sponsors committing by March 31 will be listed in the Gala invitation. All sponsors will be recognized on the event website and in the printed program. Early sponsors will be invited to the Gathered Benefactor Reception on May 30.
