COVID GUIDELINES
At By the Bay Health, we put the safety of our patients, staff, volunteers, and you, our guests, first and foremost. Acting responsibly when gathering in large groups is the best way to keep each other safe. We would like to recommend the following steps to assure a safe evening together.
- Please take a Covid rapid test the day of the event (if you need a test kit, please contact us, and we can provide one for you). While the rapid tests aren’t foolproof, it will help reduce our risk. This will be on the honor system, but we encourage everyone to be proactive about their own safety and the safety of others.
- If you have a cold or are not feeling well, please stay home! The easiest way to keep everyone safe is by avoiding gathering symptomatic individuals together to spread whatever viruses may be circulating.
- If you know you’ve been exposed to a Covid positive individual, are asymptomatic and have a negative rapid swab, please wear a close-fitting mask such as an N95 or KN95.
- Anyone worried about additional risk to themselves or to close contacts with higher risk conditions should consider wearing a well-fitting mask while not eating and drinking.
By following the above recommendations, we feel confident that our night together will be safe for everyone. See you at the Gala.
