Lisa Fialco is an attorney and partner of the law firm of Kelley & Farren, LLP, based in San Rafael, California.  She is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Lisa develops estate plans with clients to reflect each individual’s priorities and life situation. She also facilitates orderly closure of estates through probate or trust administration. She helps clients work through complex, sensitive issues and achieve peace of mind. Lisa’s background in consumer protection and public service inspires her commitment to demystify estate planning. Lisa presents public seminars on estate planning topics and authored a guidebook to estate administration – “How to Probate an Estate in California – A Step-by-Step Guide,” 24th and 25th editions, published by Nolo Press. Lisa has a B.A. from Wesleyan University (1993) and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2000).
